1991 Ford Crown Victoria, gray or silver, 4 door (similar to photo above)
Location: 300 block of North San Antonio Avenue on 1/10/08 at 8:00PM

| The 6 yr old victim was playing in the courtyard of an apartment complex with a friend when the suspect approached them and asked the victim if she had a skateboard. When she told him that she did not, the suspect offered to “lend” her one if she went with him. The victim agreed and walked away with the suspect and later left in the suspect’s car. The suspect took the victim to an unknown residential area where he sexually assaulted her. After the assault, the suspect drove the victim to El Pollo Loco at Holt & San Antonio where the victim was able to get out of the car and run home. |

The suspect was the live-in boyfriend of the victim’s mother. While the mother was at work, the suspect would have sexual intercourse with the victim. This occurred on a regular basis until the victim reported the assaults to her father’s girlfriend. The victim has injuries consistent with repeated sexual abuse. The suspect is no longer living with the mother and has reportedly left the area because he thinks he is wanted. He may be in the Colton, Pomona or Van Nuys area. His previous address is 6715 Woodley Ave #3 Van Nuys, Ca 91406.
