ENTERTAINMENT   New Citizens Business Bank Arena Ontario’s new City-owned, 11,000-seat Citizens Business Bank Arena is the Inland Empire's New Entertainment Icon! Managed by AEG, it will feature Ontario Reign, Ontario’s first professional hockey team, and an impressive lineup of concerts and family shows. MIXED-USE   Piemonte at the Ontario Center Panattoni Development Company is developing Piemonte, a mixed-use urban lifestyle center that will feature high end retail and dining, Class A office space, a luxury hotel and more.   Ontario Town Square J.H. Snyder Co is developing Ontario Town Square - a mixed-use revitalization project that will feature multi-family housing, ground floor retail, a community plaza and restaurant pads.   Historic Guasti District Oliver McMillan is developing Guasti, a high profile mixed-use lifestyle center that will include retail, restaurant, entertainment, office, hotel and residential space. RESIDENTIAL   New Model Colony Ontario’s 8,200-acre master-planned development that will provide upscale homes for 200,000 residents at buildout, making Ontario one of the largest cities in Southern California. INDUSTRIAL/AIRPORT   Pacific Gateway Cargo Center Developed and managed by Aeroterm, the one million-square-foot air cargo center will be located at LA/Ontario International Airport, the first phase of which will be completed and operational within two years of the lease commencement.   ProLogis Park Ontario Airport Recently purchased from Sares Regis by Prologis for $96 million. Prologis Park Ontario Airport consists of seven freestanding industrial buildings, totaling two million square feet, with easy access to the I-10, I-15 and SR 60. Buildings in the development are available for lease and sale. Construction is expected to complete in Summer of 2008.   Business Park at Belmont Developed by Panattoni and LaSalle Investments, Business Park at Belmont will provide a high-image business park environment in a prime Ontario location with excellent access to the local freeways. OFFICE   Ontario Airport Towers Developed by PGP Partners and RREEF, this high profile office project will feature 500,000 square feet of Class A office space located on 28 acres south of I-10 between Turner and Archibald avenues.   Waterside Center Developed by the Hileman Company, the master planned office campus is located south of interstate 10 between Haven and Turner Avenues and will feature over 250,000 square feet of Class A office space
