The Fiscal and General Services Departments are responsible for financial reporting and analysis, maintaining the City's budget, providing for the City's general accounting and accounts payable functions, coordinating the City's Internal Audit function, managing the City's investment portfolio, the financial administration of Special Districts, and providing supply management services to all City agencies and departments.
