About the Science Technology & Learning Center

The Center began February 1, 2002 with the goal of enhancing outreach and support to the Inland Empire in realizing the importance and impact of math, science, and technology at school, home, and in one's career and career choices. In order to do this, alliances have been forged between the school districts, local universities and colleges, businesses, the Ontario City Library, the Ontario Recreation Department, and many community partnerships. This allows for the program to move throughout the community, providing services to a maximum number of people including teachers, students, parents, and businesses. Services include community events, student service learning programs, and teacher training.
